1. General conditions
1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer to the company About Beauty SRL, on the www.aboutbeauty.com website.
1.2. By using www.aboutbeauty.com and/or placing an order, you are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions specified below. Before placing an order, please make sure that you have read and understood the "Terms and Conditions".
1.3. The inclusion of any products or services www.aboutbeauty.com at any given time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to cease marketing a product at any time.
1.4. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of About Beauty without notifying you in advance. Your order will be subject to the About Beauty "Terms and Conditions" specified on the www.aboutbeauty.com at the time of placing the order.
2. Content and copyright
2.1. About Beauty is the owner of all the content of the site and makes sustained efforts to preserve the accuracy of the information presented. In exceptional cases, certain point inaccuracies may occur, such as the modification, without notice, of the price and specifications of one or more products, but also some operating errors.
2.2. We are not responsible for situations caused by software errors or certain technical faults that occur at the server (incorrectly displayed prices, products that appear in stock but are not available). We reserve the right to cancel orders made following such errors. These problems will be resolved amicably in private.
3. Delivery
3.1. For all product categories, the maximum packing and delivery time is 24-48 hours from the date of order confirmation.
3.2. Delivery is made exclusively through the Fan Courier courier service and lasts 24-48 hours from the date of shipment in Bucharest and other cities in Romania.
3.3. Delivery costs are borne by the customer. Delivery costs are displayed on the site before the order is completed and vary depending on the order value.
!!! On Legal Holidays the delivery may take longer, depending on the availability of couriers.
4. Payment
Payment methods:
4.1. Cash on Delivery/ Refunds
If the user prefers to pay the value of the order when the order is delivered to the home address, he must select the method "Payment by refund" and click on "Confirm payment". Payment will be made directly to the representative of the courier service at the time of delivery of the package.
4.2. Online payment by card
We accept Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard cards, and payment will be made by PayU on behalf of About Beauty. The customer will be redirected to the PayU page, and debit card payments are debited in real time. All transactions are made through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly to the entity in encrypted format (SSL).
4.3. Bank transfer
After sending the order, the customer will receive all the necessary information that must be entered on the payment order. The order is delivered only after the payment has been confirmed.
Products purchased by bank transfer will be reserved for up to 24 hours after placing orders, otherwise the products will be put back on sale.
5. Return
5.1. The customer has the possibility to return the products purchased from the www.aboutbeauty.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
5.2. For return, the customer must fill out the contact form online here, then pack the products in the original package and return the package to the following address: Str. Erou Iancu Nicolae 76A, Voluntari
5.3. About Beauty will not accept unpaid or paid parcels at destination and will not incur the costs of postal returns.
Return conditions:
If you wish to return a product, please keep in mind the following:
♦ All returned products must be in the same condition as you received them.
♦ When we receive the package, we will inspect the status of the products before processing the refund of the returned products.
6. Refund
6.1. The repayment period for orders may vary between 3 and 14 business days after receiving the return. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned products, the customer will be notified by phone or e-mail.
6.2. The refund will be made by bank transfer. Only bank accounts opened in Romania are accepted and the refund will be in lei.
6.3. If the customer has paid by refund, we will need the bank details to refund the amount, with the mention that the name of the account holder must correspond to the name registered when placing the orders.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Accessing the website www.aboutbeauty.com involves the acceptance of users that their personal data be kept and processed by the Company About Beauty. The purposes of processing this data are: to create a database for statistical reports, to inform about About Beauty promotions or about any other activities carried out by About Beauty by any means of communication (post, e-mail, telephone, SMS, etc.).
7.2. About Beauty is the sole owner of the information collected from this site. About Beauty undertakes that personal data shall not be deliberately disseminated to third parties by sale, partial disclosure, or rental. The only exceptions to this rule are the parcel carriers and the PayU payment processor in case of card payment.
